In accordance with item 4 of article 63 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 "On Education" I HEREBY ORDER:
1. To approve the attached prices for goods (works, services) provided by the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on a paid basis.
2. The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
1) state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction hereof in Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management "Republican Center of Legal Information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and placement into the Reference Control Bank of the Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placing this order on the Internet resource of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the supervising Deputy General Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order shall be put into effect upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.

Note:
1. NSC* – the National Scientific Council, in accordance with item 5 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 18,2011 "On Science", the NSС renders decisions on grant and program-targeted financing.
2. HSTC** – Higher Scientific and Technical Commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with item 4 of Article 18 and item 1 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 18,2011 "On Science", the HSTC makes decisions on program-targeted financing (including beyond tendering procedures).
3. SMC*** – Scientific and Methodological Council, a collegial consultative and advising body of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The SMC, in accordance with Order No.164 of the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2015 approves priority themes of scientific projects.
4. Goods (works, services), specified in Chapter 3, shall be made and produced on standards sheets with the density of 80 g/m².
