The Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, N 17-18, Art. 114, Bulletin of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997, N 12, Art. 192; 1998, N 7-8, Art. 71; N 22, art. 290; 1999, N 10, art. 340; N 15, art. 593; 2004, N 7, Art. 45, 2005, N 7-8, Art. 17) should be amended as follows:
item 6 of Article 44 shal be excluded.

Конституционный закон Республики Казахстан от 22 декабря 2006 года N 208

Внести в Конституционный закон Республики Казахстан от 28 сентября 1995 г. "О выборах в Республике Казахстан" (Ведомости Верховного Совета Республики Казахстан, 1995 г., N 17-18, ст. 114; Ведомости Парламента Республики Казахстан, 1997 г., N 12, ст. 192; 1998 г., N 7-8, ст. 71; N 22, ст. 290; 1999 г., N 10, ст. 340; N 15, ст. 593; 2004 г., N 7, ст. 45; 2005 г., N 7-8, ст. 17) следующее изменение:
пункт 6 статьи 44 исключить.
