In accordance with subparagraph 1) of article 300, subparagraph 2-1) of paragraph 2 of article 332 and article 336 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 2008 “On Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget” (Tax Code), the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the attached list of crude oil refined products outside the customs territory, in case of failure of the actual import into the Republic of Kazakhstan of which the legal entity is not a payer of rental export tax and a decreasing coefficient of 0.5 is applied to the established tax rates for extraction of minerals shall be approved.
2. This Decree shall come into effect from the day of signing and shall be valid until January 1, 2015.
