In order to enforce the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2011 "On State Property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby RESOLVED as follows
1. To approve the attached List of organizations whose property cannot be requisitioned for defense needs in accordance with international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. This resolution shall be put into effect after the date of its signing.
