In accordance with subparagraph 4) of paragraph 3, Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1999 On Countering Terrorism, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:
1. To approve the enclosed list of facilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan that are vulnerable to terrorism.
2. This resolution shall take effect upon expiry of ten calendar days after the first official publication.
Footnote. The list as amended by Resolution No. 1098 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16.10.2014 (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day its first official publication).
