In accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permissions and Notifications", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan HEREBY RESOLVES:
Footnote. The preamble is in the wording of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 19.08.2022 No. 581.1. To determine:
1) The Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and higher education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a licensor for licensing activities in the field of education for the provision of higher education in the areas of personnel training and forms of education, postgraduate education in the areas of personnel training and forms of education;
2) The Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a licensor for licensing activities in the field of education for the provision of spiritual education;
3) territorial departments for quality assurance in the field of education of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan as licensors for licensing activities in the field of education for the provision of primary education, basic secondary education, general secondary education, technical and vocational education for qualifications, for military, special educational institutions in groups of specialties, post-secondary education by qualifications, for the military, special educational institutions by groups of specialties;
4) state bodies coordinating the issuance of a license to engage in educational activities in terms of the applicant's compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
Footnote. Paragraph 1 is in the wording of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 19.08.2022 No. 581.2. To invalidate:
1) Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 195 “On Some Issues of Licensing Educational Activities” dated February 28, 2013 (CAPG of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 18, Article 311);
2) Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 549 dated May 27, 2014 “On approval of standards of public services in the field of education and science and amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 195 “On some issues of licensing the educational activities” dated February 28, 2013 (CAPG of the Republic Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 36, Article 341).
3. This resolution shall come into effect upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day its first official publication.
