Footnote. Abolished by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 21, 2020 No. 55 (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication).In accordance with subparagraph 15) of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 “On Informatization”, the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby DECREES:
1. To approve the attached List of open data of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan placed on the open data web-portal (hereafter – the List) .
2. Responsible sub-departments, specified in the List, shall ensure timely posting and updating of the open data on the open data web portal.
3. The resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2016 № 50 "On Approval of the List of open data of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Placed on the open data web-portal" (registered in the Register of the State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 13377, published on March 16, 2016 in the legal information system of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Adilet")shall be annulled.
4. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Research and Statistics (Tutushkin V. A.) shall:
1) provide state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Legal Department (Sarsenova N. V.);
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this resolution, provide its copy on paper and electronic form, both in the Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican State Enterprise on the Basis of the Right of Economic Management "Republican Center of Legal Information" for official publication and inclusion into the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) place this resolution on the official Internet resource of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
4) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submit the information to the Legal Department on execution of activities stipulated by subparagraphs 2), 3) of this paragraph and paragraph 5 of this regulation.
5. Within ten calendar days after the state registration of this resolution, the Department for Protection of the Rights of Consumers of Financial Services and External Communications (Terentyev A. L.) shall provide its copy to the periodic printing publications for official publication.
6. Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh.B. Kurmanov shall be authorized to oversee the implementation of this resolution.
7. This resolution shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication.
