It became invalid by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 22.12.2020 No. 876 (effective from the date of its first official publication).In accordance with Subparagraph 4) of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 20, 2011 "On state regulation of production and turnover of certain types of oil products", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
1. Approve the attached List of officially recognized sources of information on market prices for crude oil and (or) gas condensate and oil products.
2. This Decree shall be enforced from the day of the first official publication.
