In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Defense Industry and State Defense Order", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:
Footnote. Preamble - as amended by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.10.2024 № 820 (comes into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication).1. To approve the enclosed list of entities having the right to use weapons and military equipment.
2. To recognize as invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
3. This resolution shall be enforced after ten calendar days after the day its first official publication.
