In accordance with subparagraph 15) of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 "On Informatization", the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget (hereinafter - the Accounts Committee) hereby RESOLVED:
1. Approve the enclosed list of open data, posted on the Internet portal of open data.
2. In accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Legal Department shall:
1) ensure state registration of this regulatory resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this regulatory resolution, send its copy on paper and electronic form both in the Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management “Republican Center of Legal Information” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion into the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) place this regulatory resolution on the Internet resource of the Accounts Committee.
3. The control over implementation of this regulatory resolution shall be imposed on the Head of the Administrative Office of the Accounts Committee (Kh.S. Abdiraiymov).
4. This regulatory resolution shall be enforced upon the expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication.
