"Салық және бюджетке төленетін басқа да міндетті төлемдер туралы" (Салық кодексі) 2017 жылғы 25 желтоқсандағы Қазақстан Республикасы Кодексінің 394-бабының сегізінші бөлігіне сәйкес БҰЙЫРАМЫН:

1. Қоса беріліп отырған фильмдер шығару кезінде инвестор үшін кинематографиялық ұйым орындайтын және көрсететін жұмыстар мен көрсетілетін қызметтердің тізбесі бекітілсін.

2. Қазақстан Республикасы Мәдениет және спорт министрлігінің Мәдениет және өнер істері департаменті заңнамада белгіленген тәртіппен:

1) осы бұйрықтың Қазақстан Республикасы Әділет министрлігінде мемлекеттік тіркелуін;

2) осы бұйрықты мемлекеттік тіркелген күннен бастап күнтізбелік он күн ішінде оны электронды түрде қазақ және орыс тілдерінде Қазақстан Республикасы нормативтік құқықтық актілерінің эталондық бақылау банкіне ресми жариялау және енгізу үшін "Республикалық құқықтық ақпарат орталығы" шаруашылық жүргізу құқығындағы республикалық мемлекеттік кәсіпорнына жіберілуін;

3) осы бұйрық қолданысқа енгізілгеннен кейін күнтізбелік екі күн ішінде Қазақстан Республикасы Мәдениет және спорт министрлігінің интернет-ресурсында орналастыруды;

4) осы тармақпен көзделген іс-шара орындалғаннан кейін екі жұмыс күні ішінде Қазақстан Республикасы Мәдениет және спорт министрлігінің Заң қызметі департаментіне іс-шараның орындалуы туралы мәлімет ұсынуды қамтамасыз етсін.

3. Осы бұйрықтың орындалуын бақылау жетекшілік ететін Қазақстан Республикасының Мәдениет және спорт вице-министріне жүктелсін.

4. Осы бұйрық алғашқы ресми жарияланған күнінен кейін күнтізбелік он күн өткен соң қолданысқа енгізіледі.

3. Табиғи түсіру алаңдарын ұсыну бойынша қызметтер.

4. Жабдықтар мен техниканы ұсыну бойынша қызметтер.

5. Актерлер мен түсіру тобын жалдау бойынша қызметтер.

6. Костюмдер, реквизит, грим және пиротехниканы ұсыну бойынша қызметтер.

7. Қызметтік үй-жайларды ұсыну бойынша қызметтер.

8. Сәндік-техникалық құрылыстарды дайындау бойынша жұмыстар.

9. Монтаждау, дыбыс жазу, қайта жазу, пленканы өңдеу зертханалары, компьютерлік графика, құрамдастырылған түсіру, қайталау, дыбыстау, шуды ресімдеу бойынша қызметтер.

On approval of the list of works and services performed and rendered by the cinematographic organization for the investor during the production of films

Order № 111 of the Minister of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 2019. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 2, 2019 № 18615

In accordance with part eight of Article 394 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "On Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code), I ORDER:

1. To approve the attached list of works and services performed and rendered by the cinematographic organization for the investor during the production of films.

2. The Department for Culture and Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) sending of this order in the Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican Center for Legal Information" for official publication and inclusion to the Standard control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan within ten calendar days from the date of state registration;

3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan within two working days after entering it into force;

4) submission of information on implementation of measures to the Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan within two working days after implementation of measures provided for in this paragraph.

3. Control over execution of this order shall be assigned to the supervising Vice-Minister of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication.

3. Services for the provision of exterior shooting sites.

4. Services for the provision of equipment and machinery.

5. Services for hiring actors and film crew.

6. Services for the provision of costumes, props, makeup and pyrotechnics.

7. Services for the provision of office spaces.

8. Works on production of decorative and technical structures.

9. Services for installation, sound recording, re-recording, film processing laboratories, computer graphics, combined shooting, duplication, dubbing, noise design.
