In accordance with subparagraph 31-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2003 "On seed production" I HEREBY ORDER:
1. To establish prices for goods (work, services) produced and (or) sold by state institutions in the field of variety testing in accordance with the Annex to this Order.
2. The Department of Production and Processing of Plant Products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the manner prescribed by law, shall ensure:
1) state registration of this Order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting this Order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Control over the execution of this Order shall be entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This Order shall come into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
