Қазақстан Республикасының Конституциялық Заңы 1997 жылғы 17 маусымдағы N 128.

1-бап. Қазақстан Республикасы Президентiнiң "Қазақстан Республикасындағы соттар және судьялардың мәртебесi туралы" 1995 жылғы 20 желтоқсандағы N 2694 Конституциялық заң күшi бар Жарлығына (Қазақстан Республикасы Жоғарғы Кеңесiнiң Жаршысы, 1995 ж., N 23, 147-құжат; 1995 жылғы 15 сәуiрде "Егемен Қазақстан" және "Казахстанская правда" газеттерiнде жарияланған "Қазақстан Республикасы Президентiнiң "Қазақтан Республикасының Парламентi және оның депутаттарының мәртебесi туралы" және "Қазақстан Республикасындағы соттар және судьялардың мәртебесi туралы" Конституциялық заң күшi бар Жарлықтарына азаматтардың жекелеген санаттарына жеңiлдiктер берудi реттеу мәселелерi жөнiнде толықтырулар енгiзу туралы" 1997 жылғы 11 сәуiрдегi Қазақстан Республикасының Конституциялық заңды) мынадай өзгерiстер енгiзiлсiн:

69-баптың 6-тармағында "айлық ақшалай үлес мөлшерiнде

асыраушысынан айырылуына байланысты зейнетақы" деген сөздер

"Қазақстан Республикасының заңдарына сәйкес әлеуметтiк жәрдемақы"

деген сөздермен алмастырылсын;

72-бап мынадай редакцияда жазылсын:

"72-бап. Судьяларды зейнетақымен және әлеуметтiк қамсыздандыру

Судьяларды зейнетақымен және әлеуметтiк қамсыздандыру Қазақстан

Республикасының заңдарына сәйкес жүзеге асырылады.".

2-бап. Осы Конституциялық заң 1998 жылғы 1 қаңтардан бастап

күшiне енгiзiледi.

On Introduction of Amendment to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Having the Force of Constitutional Law “On Courts and Status of Judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan”

Article 1. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Having the Force of Constitutional Law dated December 20, 1995 N 2694 "On Courts and Status of Judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, N 23, Article 147; Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 11, 1997 "On Introduction of Supplements to the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Having the Force of Constitutional Laws "On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Status of Its Deputies" and "On Courts and Status of Judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan" On the Issues of Regulation of Granting Benefits to Certain Categories of Citizens" published in the magazines "Yegemen Kazakhstan" and "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" on April 15, 1997) should be introduced with the following amendments:
in item 6 of Article 69 the words "pension due to the loss of the breadwinner in the amount of monthly monetary allowance" should be substituted for the words "social benefit in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
Article 72 should be worded as follows:
"Article 72. Pension and Social Security of Judges
Pension and social security of judges shall be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Article 2. This Constitutional Law shall be enforced from January 1, 1998.
