In accordance with part eight of Article 394 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "On Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code), I ORDER:
1. To approve the attached list of works and services performed and rendered by the cinematographic organization for the investor during the production of films.
2. The Department for Culture and Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) sending of this order in the Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican Center for Legal Information" for official publication and inclusion to the Standard control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan within ten calendar days from the date of state registration;
3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan within two working days after entering it into force;
4) submission of information on implementation of measures to the Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan within two working days after implementation of measures provided for in this paragraph.
3. Control over execution of this order shall be assigned to the supervising Vice-Minister of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication.

1. Consulting services.
2. Services for the provision of studio stages.
3. Services for the provision of exterior shooting sites.
4. Services for the provision of equipment and machinery.
5. Services for hiring actors and film crew.
6. Services for the provision of costumes, props, makeup and pyrotechnics.
7. Services for the provision of office spaces.
8. Works on production of decorative and technical structures.
9. Services for installation, sound recording, re-recording, film processing laboratories, computer graphics, combined shooting, duplication, dubbing, noise design.
